Gig List
Brendan has continued to play at various venues and sessions and since his move to Dublin City in 2001 he has performed throughout the City in venues such as the Jameson Distillery Concerts and the Famous Irish Music Pub Gogarties where he regularly is a featured session musician.
Brendan is a musician of amazing honesty and integrity. He plays with many different Irish musicians on various gigs both throughout Ireland and has travelled extensively around the world in such countries as Germany, The Philippines, Africa, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, England, Wales, America and Canada.
Brendan has run one of the most popular sessions in a pub called the Man O' war (6 miles north of swords) since 1995. This session has proved to be very popular and a regular visitor up until his departure in 2002 was the former Canadian ambassador Mr. Ron Irwin. The Man O' War sessions finished in early 2008 after 15 years.
As a direct result of meeting and befriending the Canadian ambassador Brendan was invited to perform in the Algoma Fall festival of September 2001. This was a memorable trip and the two concert performances by Brendan and friends were packed out. Brendan's Dad, David, also traveled to Canada for this special and memorable concert.
Brendan offers Irish trad/folk music for all occasions and welcomes all enquiries! Contact Me for more information.
